Data controller
Doktor ApS, CVR 44103052, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
Information we receive
The contact and meeting forms can collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, country, area of interest, preferred language and the message you choose to send. Do not include sensitive health information in the forms.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to answer you, arrange requested dialogue or demonstrations and take steps you ask us to take. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding and operating a secure website. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out.
How forms and email work
The website does not save submitted enquiries in a database. After validation, a submission is sent by server-side email to the configured Doktor Universe mailbox. It may then remain in our business mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal or documentation obligations. No fixed retention period is configured in the website.
Technical and security data
The website uses a session for CSRF protection and temporary form state. Abuse prevention stores limited timestamps under a one-way HMAC identifier derived from the IP address; the raw IP address is not saved by this feature. The hosting provider may also process standard server logs for security and operation.
Recipients and transfers
The site is hosted through one.com. Personal data may be processed by our hosting and email service providers when needed to deliver and secure the service. We do not sell form data. No international transfer is intentionally built into the forms; if a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer must rely on an applicable legal safeguard.
Cookies and analytics
Only the session, language preference and cookie-notice acknowledgement described in the Cookie Policy are active. Optional analytics and marketing tracking are not active in the current implementation.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and you may withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The current version will be published on this page.
