What this policy covers
This policy applies to Doktor Universe apps for children and hospital healthcare professionals. It is separate from the website privacy policy, which covers contact forms and the technical operation of this website.
General information
Doktor Universe apps are intended for children and healthcare professionals in hospitals. According to the published policy, the applications do not collect information about the user.
The policy may change. When this happens, its date may be revised and significant changes may be announced on the website, within the app or through renewed consent.
Social-media features
The apps do not contain built-in social-sharing features. Users may independently share game content through other services.
The Rate us function, called Ris & Ros in Danish and Norwegian, opens the Doktor Universe Facebook page. The link does not share information with Facebook on the user’s behalf.
Device data and TrueDepth
One Doktor Universe app uses Apple’s TrueDepth API for face tracking so visual decorations can follow the user’s head. The data is used only temporarily while the app is active and is not retained or shared.
Device data is used only to provide app functionality. Deleting the app removes its content from the device. Images that the user has chosen to save remain on the device and can be deleted through its gallery.
Storage of information
According to the policy, Doktor Universe stores no information from its applications. Downloads and any purchases are handled by the App Store using information supplied there by the user.
